My average full home inspection lasts over 6 hours, not the typical 2 or 3 hours and is a higher level of inspection service for those not usually satisfied with normal.

I don't hurry and finish so I can get to my next inspection because I only schedule one full home inspection per day.

All inspections are performed by a Master Inspector.

I perform both Residential Home Inspections and Commercial Property Inspections.

Hundreds of pictures are typically taken during the inspection, especially under the house and in the attic.

You're encouraged to be there for as much of the home inspection as possible so we can discuss your concerns and my findings.

The reports are easy to read. Most negative conditions are located in one section with many pictures to help explain what is reported.

My goal is to deliver service beyond what you expect and are accustomed to. My normal exceeds
the normal you’re used to.
